Steven A. Myers, 14, of Troutman, North Carolina, formerly of Wapello, Iowa, died at home on Tuesday, November 13, 2007.

He was born February 8, 1993, in Waterloo, Iowa, the son of Christi Lynn (Regan) and Steven David Myers.

Steven was a Freshman at South Iredell High School in Troutman, North Carolina. He enjoyed Ultimate Fighting with his friends which was a big part of his life. He also enjoyed the computer and electronic gaming

He is survived by his mother Christi Myers of Troutman, North Carolina, father Steven D. and stepmom Samantha Myers of Waterloo, sister Karlie Myers of Troutman, and brothers David and Logan Myers of Waterloo.

Steven is also survived by his maternal grandparents James and Barb Regan of Port Washington, Wisconsin, paternal grandfather David Myers of Waterloo, stepgrandparents Patrick and Peggy Dean of Waterloo, paternal great-grandmother Mary VanScoyk of Waterloo, paternal great-great-grandmother Francis Hinkle of Wichita, Kansas, and his best friend Cody Lincoln of Seattle, Washington.

He is preceded in death by his paternal grandmother Linda Myers.
