Roxanne Marie Frazer, 41, of Waterloo, died Sunday November 30, 2014 at home of natural causes.

She was born June 4, 1973 in Waterloo the daughter of Rueben and Veda (Simmons) Frazer Jr. Roxanne attended Hawkeye Institute of Technology and then was employed by McDonalds in Cedar Falls. She married Robert Wahner.

Roxanne is survived by her father Rueben (Step-Mother Deb) Frazer of LeRoy Minnesota; mother Veda (Ed Hawkins) Frazer of Waterloo; 2 sons, Travis and James Frazer; 2 brothers, Michael (Cindy) Frazer of Stillwell Kansas, and Robert (Sherrie) Frazer of Waterloo; and 1 sister, Pam Martin of Minnesota.

She was preceded in death by her daughter Samantha Frazer.

Roxanne enjoyed being around people and also loved her cats and dogs.
