Robert E. Reynolds, 78, of Marshalltown, formerly of Waterloo, died at the Iowa Veterans Home in Marshalltown on Monday, August 9, 2010 of natural causes.

Robert Edward Reynolds was born June 23, 1932 in Waterloo the son of Warren and Lena Buehler Reynolds. He served in the US Army during the Korean War.

Mr. Reynolds married JoAnn Mary Brown on September 12, 1958 in Waterloo. She died March 1, 1985.

He worked at the Big “T” Super Market and later as a truck driver for Peterman & Haes for several years.

Mr. Reynolds is survived by his daughter Joni Jackson (Steve Bradford) of Waterloo, son Jim Reynolds of Davenport, and three grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his wife.
