Matthew Krieger, 33 of Waterloo, died Sunday October 17, 2021 at MercyOne Waterloo Hospital. He was born on July 6, 1988 in Springfield, Missouri the son Ted and Kathy (Saul) Krieger. He served his country in the National Guard as a helicopter mechanic until his honorable discharge. He had worked various jobs most recently at Walmart.
Survivors include: parents, Ted and Kathy Krieger of Dysart; sister, Sarah Johnson of Dysart; two brothers, Travis (Michelle Hochstetler) Krieger of Dysart, and Adam (Carol) Krieger of Sumner; paternal grandmother, Dixie Krieger of Dysart; and twelve nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, John and Judy Saul.
