Manuel C. Dominguez, 46, of Honolulu, formerly of Waterloo, died Tuesday, July 2, at Covenant Medical Center, Waterloo, while visiting family.

He was born Aug. 17, 1966, in Montebello, Calif., son of Manuel A. Dominguez and Yolanda D. Arellanes. He was united in marriage with Siniva Gaopoa on March 25, 2007, in Oakland, Calif.

He attended Honolulu Community College. Mr. Dominguez worked as a journeyman glazier and also was a warden for Local Union 169, Oakland.

Survived by: his wife of Honolulu; two sons, Manuel C. Dominguez and Saialala D. Gaopoa-Dominguez; and three daughters, Seupepe K. Dominguez, Dolores-Kristine Dominguez and Lucille F. Gaopoa, all at home; his mother, Yolanda (Ronnie) Cufr of Waterloo; his father, Manuel A. Dominguez of Hawaii; and a brother, Jorim Cufr of Waterloo.

Preceded in death by: his grandparents.
