He was born on June 3, 1943, son of Harry H. and Minnie H. Abben Howard.

Harry graduated from East High School in 1962.

He worked for Construction Machinery Corporation for several years until they closed.

Harry is survived by his brother: David Howard and wife Joyce of Ionia, Ia.

He is preceded in death by his brother: James Howard
