Hannah Elizabeth Henson

Hannah Elizabeth Henson, 25, of Waterloo, died at MercyOne Waterloo Medical Center on July 27, 2021 after a brief illness while surrounded by family. She was born March 9, 1996 in Waterloo, the daughter of John and Michelle Palmer Henson. She graduated from River Hills High School in Cedar Falls.

She had attended Northstar and most recently resided at Richland House (Comp Systems).

She is survived by her parents, Michelle and John Henson of La Porte City; brother, Alex (Megan Pratt) Henson of La Porte City; sister, Valerie (Tyler) Bennett of Jesup; two nephews, Lennon Henson and Dylan Bennett as well as a niece on the way; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Preceded in death by grandparents, Robert and Carol Palmer, and Dorothy and Rubon Henson.

Hannah’s smile and laugh will be remembered.
