Cynthia Arlene “Cindy” Dietz, 72, of Cedar Falls, died Tuesday, August 5, 2014 at Unity Point Heath Allen Hospital. She was born June 13, 1942 in Waukegan, IL the daughter of John O. and Doris Arlene Stegmann Beckman. She married Murle Dietz on December 17, 1961 at her parent’s home in Waterloo.

Survived by: her husband Murle of Cedar Falls; one son, Curtis Stanton Dietz of Waterloo; one daughter, Michelle (Steve) Dietz-Merry of Cedar Falls and one sister, Cathy (Daron “Jake”) Jacobs of Traer.

Preceded in death by: her parents and one son, Christopher John Dietz.
