Coleen Driscoll, 65, of Waterloo, passed away peacefully on Friday, March 20, 2026, at her home, surrounded by her family. She was born on November 19, 1960, in Minneapolis, Minnesota, the daughter of Kirby and Joan (Osgerby) Bevans. She graduated from Expo High School and later attended cosmetology school. Coleen married Mark Driscoll on March 6, 1993, in Waterloo.
Coleen was a kind and loving woman whose warmth touched everyone she met. She had a rare gift for seeing the good in people and made those around her feel truly valued. Her greatest joy was her family-she loved her children and grandchildren with her whole heart and shared a deep bond with her husband. Her kindness, strength, and unwavering love will live on in all who knew her.
She is survived by her husband, Mark; her daughters, Tara Bevans, Shawna (Levi) Belton; her stepsons, Justin (Britta) Driscoll, and Bryan (Shyniece) Driscoll; her grandchildren, Alyssa, Emily, Tracker, and Niko Newell; Knox, Noah, and Myles Belton; Jamieson, Jeremiah, and Ireland Driscoll; and Layana Driscoll; her sisters, Kathy (Dan) Cantonwine and Eileen (Scott) Melohn.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her brother, Tom “Kirby” Bevans, and her beloved Pomeranians, Peggy and Sadie.
A funeral service will be held at 1:00 PM on Wednesday, March 25, 2026, at Locke at Tower Park. Visitation will be held prior to the service from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the funeral home. Coleen’s family suggests casual attire. Burial will follow at Mt. Olivet Cemetery. Memorials may be directed to the family.

My dearest condolences to Mark and Coleen’s family and grandkids ! I’ve known Coleen’s husband Mark for many years and met Coleen a couple times ! May the Lord be with the entire family at this time of loss !

I was so sorry to hear of Coleens passing.. my deepest Condolences Mark and your daughters and their families. I will be unable to attend the 25th because of 2 hospital appointments..( I’m fine..just need these appointments for some snswers..and rescheduling is a pain.)

We went to beauty college together and years later had the opportunity to work with her for about 5 more years @ Ferguson .
