Charlotte Irene Parks

Charlotte Irene Parks, 89, of Waterloo, died on Friday, July 19, 2024 at Pinnacle Specialty Care at Cedar Falls. She was born on February 2, 1935, in Troy Mills, the daughter of Ray and Fern Forsyth.

She married Jack Parks November 24, 1956, he preceded her in death in 2012. She worked as a key punch operator at Rath Packing Company for 17 years until retirement in 1980.

Charlotte was a member of Central Christian Church in Waterloo. She loved spending time with family, crocheting and embroidery.

Charlotte is survived by: daughter, Charlene Paris of Waterloo; six grandchildren; eleven great grandchildren; and one great great grandson.

Charlotte is preceded in death by parents; husband, Jack; son, Robert Parks; daughter-in-law Penny Parks; brother, Raymond Forsyth, and sister Marian Terry.

Central Christian Church in Waterloo.

Visitation: 5:00 – 7:00 PM, Friday July 26, 2024, Locke on 4th Street

Burial: Garden of Memories Cemetery in Waterloo.
