Beverly Ann Ann Frisch

Beverly Ann Frisch, 75, of Waterloo passed away on January 9, 2025, surrounded by her family at MercyOne Senior Care in Dyersville.

Beverly was born on November 12 1949, to Cecil and Sue "Muriel" (Wilson) Neitzel in Cedar Falls. She graduated from Cedar Falls High School in 1967. Beverly married Herbert Frisch on June 21, 1969, in Waterloo; Herbert preceded her in death on December 1, 2019.

Beverly was a devoted wife, mother, and full-time grandma, who balanced her life with various jobs outside the home. She began each day with a pot of hot tea, a ritual that set the tone for her warm and nurturing spirit. Her days were filled with walks alongside the family labradors and enjoying the outdoors, where she cultivated a thriving garden. Beverly took pride in growing the biggest sunflowers and more tomatoes than she knew what to do with. She stayed connected with her beloved granddaughters through heartfelt letters and shared moments watching the moon phases, creating cherished memories that will live on in their hearts.

She was preceded in death by her parents, brother, Paul Neitzel, and sister-in-law, Linda Graeber.

Beverly is survived by her sons, Daniel Frisch (Lisa Wagner) of Dubuque and Douglas (Rebecca) Frisch of Waterloo; 8 grandchildren, Abigale Frisch of Angelton, TX, Amelia Frisch of Dubuque, Caitlin (Mitchell) Hrovat of Minneapolis, MN, Ireland Frisch of Olathe, KS, Felicity Frisch of Lawrence, KS, Reiley Lichty of Columbia SC, Makenna Lichty of Fairbank, and Emerson Lichty of Waterloo; mother-in-law, Ruth Frisch of Waterloo; two brothers-in law, Tim (Becky) Frisch of Grundy Center and Tom (Chandra) Frisch of Cedar Falls; and many nieces and nephews.

Visitation and Funeral Service: Family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. on Friday, January 17, 2025 at Locke Garden View Chapel, 3655 Logan Ave, Waterloo. Funeral Service will follow at 11:00 a.m. Burial will take place at Garden of Memories Cemetery-Waterloo.
