Will E. "Willy Bean" DeVoll, 24, of Cedar Falls, died on Saturday, November 20, 2021. He was born August 22, 1997, in Waterloo, the son of Al DeVoll and Michelle Mosley and attended Cedar Falls High School.

He worked at Tysons for several years and most recently for Target Distribution Center. Will loved spending time with his dog, "Mr. Bean."

He is survived by his sisters, Jessy (Jared) Hueneke of Hinton and Jenna Hoffert of Cedar Falls; step-siblings: Ryan, Josh, Nick, and Emily Richter; two dads, Scott Richter and Al DeVoll; uncle and aunt, Gene and Rita Mosley of Waterloo; nieces nephews: Chance, Hunter, Lexie and Sophia Jungling, Charles Jr, Lakin and Lyric Mims, and Memphis and Hudson Hueneke; great nephew, Zane; and cousins, Mike and Dan.

Will is preceded in death by his mom, Michelle Richter; sister, Joleen Hoffert-Jungling; and maternal and paternal grandparents.

Inurnment will be at a later date in Gardens of Memories Cemetery.
