Patricia E. Watson, 91, of Waterloo, passed away on Tuesday, October 15, 2024, at Lakeview Lodge of Friendship Village.

She was born on March 17, 1933, in Devils Lake, ND, daughter of Samuel A. and Ella Brunnemeyer Schrock. Patricia graduated from Waterloo West High School in 1951. She married the love of her life, Robert E. Watson on September 6, 1951. He preceded her in death on January 1, 2022, after 70 years of marriage.

Patricia worked at Sears in Waterloo for many years as an interior designer.

She had attended Westminster Presbyterian Church in Waterloo. Patricia enjoyed playing cards, especially bridge! She loved spending time with family and her grandchildren, who were her pride and joy.

Patricia is survived by two daughters, Carolyn (Robert) Carpenter, and Suzanne Barth, both of Waterloo; three grandchildren, Ryan (Sarah) Carpenter of Lake Park, IA, Megan (Chris) Wendling of Hudson, and Samuel (Dana) Collins of Kansas City, KS; 11 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.

She is preceded in death by her parents; one daughter, Janice Watson; son-in-law, Gary Barth; two sisters, Norma Jean Erickson, and Shirley Doeppke; and brother, David Schrock.

Funeral Services: 1:00 PM, Monday, October 21, 2024, at Locke at Tower Park, 4140 Kimball Ave., Waterloo, with visitation for one hour prior to the services.
