Mark A Rollins

Mark A Rollins, 67, of Cedar Falls, passed away peacefully Wednesday, May 8, 2024, at University of Iowa Hospitals & Clinics surrounded by family. He was born July 18, 1956, in Ottumwa, son of John and Nancy (Slutts) Rollins.

Mark married Cathy Johnston on April 2, 1983, in Waterloo. He worked for 35 years as a Measurement Technician for Northern Natural Gas Company. He enjoyed fishing and camping. Spending time with his family and grandkids was especially important to him.

He is survived by his wife, Cathy of Cedar Falls, daughter Carah (Troy) Evans, of Fairbank, sons: Ben (Katie) Rollins, of Traer, and Josh (Val) Rollins of Independence, and grandchildren: Noah, Jack, Ellie, Brock, Rachel, Scarlett, Henrik, and Elwyn.

He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Nancy, and his in-laws Wilford and Betty Johnston.

Funeral service will be held Tuesday, May 14, 2024, at 10:00 AM at Locke at Tower Park (4140 Kimball Ave) with visitation one hour prior at the funeral home. Burial will take place in Waterloo Cemetery. Memorials may be directed to the family. Condolences: www.LockeFuneralServices.com
