Keith Rhoden

Keith Rhoden, 65, of Los Angeles, CA, formerly of Waterloo, passed away on Saturday, March 28, 2026, at Kaiser Permanente Los Angeles Medical Center.

He was born on April 26, 1960, in St. Louis, MO, to Curtis and Emma (Parker) Rhoden. Keith graduated from Central High School in 1978. After graduating high school Keith moved to Los Angeles, CA, to pursue his dreams and live his life to his fullest potential.

He enjoyed listening to music on a daily basis. He also enjoyed dancing, going to the beach and playing a good card game of Spades.

Keith is survived by his brother, Steve Rhoden of Atlanta, GA; sister, Cynthia (Roderick Burt) Rhoden of Waterloo; uncle, James Parker of St. Louis; aunt, Royce Parker of Waterloo; nieces, Unique (Devin) Pendleton of Waterloo, Jasmine (David) Murphy of Atlanta, GA, Amari (Keyunta) Burt of Waterloo; four great-nephews and one great-niece; and a host of cousins. Also, a best friend/ sister, Twila Anderson and their unbreakable bond remained.

He is preceded in death by his parents; and maternal and paternal grandparents.

Homegoing services: 1:00 PM Friday, April 17, 2026, at Locke Garden View Chapel, 3655 Logan Ave, with entombment in Garden of Memories Mausoleum, both in Waterloo
