Happiness Makasimba

Happiness Makasimba, 3, passed away on September 26, 2025, at the University of Iowa Health Care Stead Family Children’s Hospital.

Happiness was born on May 17, 2022, in Waterloo, to Acele Makasimba and Sarah Ngemi. She was the love and light in her parent’s life and they will miss her deeply.

Happiness loved playing with her toys and snuggling with her mommy and daddy.

Funeral Service: 10 a.m. on Saturday, October 11, 2025, at Locke on 4th, 1519 West 4th St., Waterloo. Burial to follow at Mount Olivet Cemetery.
