Dallas was an artistic person: making many fine pieces of stained glass lamps and windows, building cabinets and furniture, and published author of three novels and wrote his autobiography, “My First Sixty Years.” He hand-bound and sewed each book, which took many precious hours. There wasn’t an instrument he couldn’t learn to play. Most importantly, an excellent husband, father, and grandfather, leaving wonderful memories.
