Judith Ann Rock, 88, of Jesup, passed away on Monday, January 19, 2026, at Rehabilitation Center of Independence.

Judy was born on May 15, 1937, in Melborne, IA, the daughter of Alva and Annola (Daggett) Baker. She graduated from Waterloo West High in 1955. Judy married Eugene H. Rock on February 20, 1960, in Preston, MN; he preceded her in death on September 22, 1997.

Judy was a dedicated homemaker and once owned a craft store. She loved collecting elephants, making pocket crosses, and baking.

She is preceded in death by her parents; grandson, Brandon Kennedy, and two sisters, Martha Butterfield and Nancy Speck.

Judy is survived by her sons, Chris (Evelyn) Rock of Jesup and Mike Rock of Denver, CO; one sister, Kathy (Jim) Goss of Oxford, PA; and one grandson, Travis Hernandez of Grand Forks, ND.

Visitation: Family to recieve friends from 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. on Thursday January 22, 2026, at Locke at Tower Park, 4140 Kimball Ave, Waterloo.
Funeral Service: 11:00 am on Friday, January 23, 2026, at Locke at Tower Park with burial to follow at Waterloo Memorial Park Cemetery.
