Lynnette Marie McFadden

Lynn McFadden, 68, of Cedar Falls, died Thursday, March 29, 2017 at her home of natural causes.

She we born June 26, 1948 in Waterloo, the daughter of William and Ruth (Thompson) McFadden.

Lynn graduated from Cedar Falls High School in 1966 and attended Upper Iowa University.

She was a special service technician at Northwestern Bell Telephone Co. for 28 years.
Lynn was a huge Cubs fan and was ecstatic to see them win the World Series. She loved spending time at the trailer on the Mississippi in Prairie du chien. She played softball for years and enjoyed golfing.
Lynn is survived by her mother, Ruth McFadden of Cedar Falls; two sisters: Susan (Brent) Nelson of Cedar Falls and Jann (Don) Lucas of Leavenworth, KS; a niece, Tori Lucas; and a nephew, Tyler Nelson. She was preceded in death by her father.
