Dr. James R. Winburn DVM, formerly of Waterloo, Iowa and Cape Coral, Florida, died on February 8, 2017.

He is survived by his wife, Alice; five children: Jimmy Winburn, Cydne Molina, Deborah (Craig) Sandvold, Bruce (Lori) Dieckman, and Robert Winburn; several grandchildren and great grandchildren; brother, John H. Winburn; and a sister, Alice Longwell.
