Renabel Orpha Trainor

Renabel O. Trainor, 99, of Evansdale, IA, died on Monday, October 28, 2019 at ManorCare Health Services at Waterloo, IA. She was born on October 2, 1920 in Waterloo, IA, the daughter of Lloyd B and Irena Miller Harkness.

She attended Waterloo East High School. She worked at 3 Sister's Clothing store, the Blacks building grocery department, worked at a war factory and was a homemaker after she married.

Renabel married Kenneth L. Trainor March 30, 1946 in Evansdale, IA, he preceded her May 22, 2000.

She was a member of Concordia Lutheran Church. Renabel loved bowling, playing scrabble and spending time at her family cabin at Lake Delhi.

Renabel is survived by daughter, Joyce (Alan) Tebbe' Moline' IL; granddaughter, Michelle (Ernie) Tebbe' WA; granddaughter, Melissa Tebbe' Moline' IL; granddaughter, Melinda (Mike) Wells' Taylor Ridge' IL; brother-in-law, Lloyd Shepard; numerous nieces and nephews; and special friend, Doris Webber

Renabel O. Trainor is preceded in death by husband; sisters, Wanda McGraw, Thelma Roberts, Lois Shepard; brothers, K.B. Harkness and Junior Harkness, in infancy.
