Christopher R. Cose, 54, of Crosslake, Minnesota and formerly of Waterloo, died Saturday, November 15, 2014 at St. Joseph’s Medical Center in Brainerd, Minnesota of natural causes.

He was born November 8, 1960 in Waterloo the son of Richard and Charlotte (Power) Cose. Christopher graduated from Waterloo West High School in 1979. He then attended Hawkeye Institute of Technology, and also served in the United States Air Force.

Christopher married Ruth Weber and they were later divorced, he then married Bonnie Schott. He worked at Bertch Cabinets and then Federal Mogel in Lake City Minnesota.

Survivors include his wife, Bonnie of Minnesota; son, Dustin Cose of Waterloo; parents, Richard and Charlotte Cose of Waterloo; 1 step-daughter, Amanda (Jason) Bryan of Minnesota; 3 grandchildren, Gabby, Caden, and Liam Bryan all of Minnesota; a brother, James (Antoinette) Cose of Germany; 3 sisters, Dee (Donnie) Lowe of Illinois, Linnea Cose of Colorado, and Vanessa (Jim) Schafer of Michigan, and several nieces, nephews and aunts and uncles

Preceded in death by a nephew, Anthony Groome and both sets of grandparents.
