Mildred M. Lichty, 92 formerly of Waterloo, Iowa; Wykoff and Rochester, Minnesota; Cedarville, Ohio; and Newnan, Georgia, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Saturday, April 12, 2014. She died at the home of her granddaughter, Danyse Bourgeois in Navarre, Florida, surrounded by family.

Mildred Minna Segebarth was born June 11, 1921 to Louis and Laura (Biermann) Segebarth. On December 26, 1940, she married Keith C. Lichty at Walnut Street Baptist Church in Waterloo. Together, they farmed in the Waterloo area and later operated dairy farms in Fillmore County and Rochester, Minnesota. In 1978, they moved to Cedarville, Ohio and then moved to Newnan, Georgia in 1992. Mr. Lichty died July 11, 2003.

Mrs. Lichty is survived by her daughter Deanna L. (Tom) Nash of Rochester; two sons, Galen K. (Pam) Lichty and Daniel C. (Donna) Lichty and daughter-in-law Elaine Lichty, all of Newnan; 9 grandchildren: Chris Nash (Conrad) Amy, Todd (Susan) Nash, Brenda Nash (Brian) Lamonica, Samantha Lichty (Kevin) Smallhorn, Sunny Lichty (Matt) Comte, David (Laurie) Biastock, Danna Lichty (David) Dykema, Danyse Lichty (Jason) Bourgeois, and Daniel M. (Jennifer) Lichty; 23 great-grandchildren and 6 great-great-grandchildren. She also is survived by her sister Maxine Lehmkuhl and brother Mark (Ruby) Segebarth.

She was preceded in death by her husband; great-granddaughter Savannah Lamonica; grandson-in-law; and 5 brothers: Wilbert, Victor, Willis, Louis, and Duane Segebarth.
