Stuart B. Lichty, 52, of Waterloo, died at his home on Thursday, February 6 of natural causes.

Stuart was born on December 11, 1961 in Waterloo, son of Melvin and Carol Ulffers Lichty. He graduated from Waterloo West High School in 1980 and attended the University of Northern Iowa.

Survivors include: 3 sons: Blake (Ashley) Lichty of Roswell, GA; Adam and Ian both of Indianola, his mother Carol Lichty of Waterloo, a sister Amy Lichty of Waterloo, and 2 nieces.

Preceded in death by: his father.

Services: A private family gathering will take place. Memorials to Hartman Reserve Nature Center.
