Marion Alice Keegan

Marion Alice Krall Keegan, 91, of Cedar Falls, IA, formerly of Waterloo, IA, died at Pinnacle Specialty Care on Thursday, May 3, 2018 of natural causes.

She was born May 28, 1926 in Horton, IA, the daughter of Arthur D. and Josephine Ellison Miller and graduated from Sumner High School in 1944.

Marion married Stanley Krall on August 16, 1944 and he died August 14, 1968. She married Harold Keegan in 1978 and he died in 1981.

She received her Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) License from Hawkeye Community College and worked in the nursing profession and home health care for many years. Marion was an active volunteer with Cedar Valley Hospice and in area nursing homes.

She is survived by her daughter, Verna (Jerry) Riesberg of Waterloo; five grandchildren; 16 great‑grandchildren; 12 great‑great grandchildren; a brother, James Miller of Plainfield, IA; sisters, Martha (Rupert) Caballero of Waukon, IA and Blanche Miller of Boston, MA.

Marion is preceded in death by her husbands; a daughter, Sandra Allen; a son in law, Larry Allen; a brother, Martin Miller; and a sister, Harriet Nitcher.
