Barry Thomas, 75, of Waterloo, died at home Thursday, February 3, 2022, of natural causes. He was born February 4, 1946, in Waterloo, son of George H. and Ella Mae (Hubbard) Thomas. He graduated from West High School in 1964. He then served in the United States Navy from 1967-1970 aboard the USS Yorktown during Viet Nam.

Barry worked as an electrician with various electrical contractors in the area, retiring in 2007. He was a member of Hudson AmVets Post #82, IBEW Local #288, and Westminster Presbyterian Church.

He is survived by several cousins, nieces, and nephews, and preceded in death by his parents.
