Craig Roy Twaites

Craig Ray Twaites, 68 of Waterloo died Friday October 29, 2021 at MercyOne Waterloo Medical Center. He was born on May 20, 1953 in Waterloo the son of Joseph Robert and Irene (Scoles) Twaites. Craig graduated from Waterloo West High School with the class of 1971. He married Mary Leber on January 30, 1987 in Cedar Falls. He worked as a maintenance planner at John Deere until he retired. Craig had attended First Baptist church in Waterloo and liked classic cars.

Survivors include: wife, Mary of Waterloo; 3 daughters, Rebecca (Joe) Twaites of Massachusetts, Bridget (Eric) Sandwall of Hudson, Sandra (Shane) Ebaugh of Evansdale; 7 grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his brother Bob Twaites.
