Robert E. Parks, 62, of Waterloo, IA, died on Tuesday, March 15, 2022 home in Waterloo. He was born on October 5, 1959 in Waterloo, the son of Jack and Charlotte (Forsyth) Parks.

Robert married Penny Maxwell October 27, 2006 in Waterloo. She preceded him in death in 2013.

He worked at Wilbur Auto Salvage as a diesel mechanic.

He is survived by: his mother; two sons, Joel Parks and Otis Parks; and sister, Charlene Paris of Waterloo. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren: Brittni, Andrew, and Danielle; and 3 step grandchildren: Justin, Micheal, and Samantha.

Robert is preceded in death by his wife, Penny Parks and his father.

There will be no services at this time. Burial at Garden of Memories Cemetery, Waterloo.
