Pauline Ruth Reincke

Pauline R. Reincke, 75 of Waterloo, died Wednesday, December 6, 2023, at her home after a lengthy illness. She was born September 3, 1948

in Charles City, IA, daughter of Paul F. and Ruth M. (Scheidecker) Downs.

She married Roger L. Reincke at the St. Paul Lutheran Church in Evansdale on November 14, 1971.

She worked at Schoitz Memorial Hospital, Covenant Medical Center, retiring in 1991. Most recently she worked cleaning homes and churches and for fun she worked at Hy Vee until her health began to decline. She was attending St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Cedar Falls. Pauline enjoyed camping, taking walks, spending time with family and her babies, Sweet Pea and Max.

She is survived by her husband Roger of Waterloo. Two sons, Bob Reincke of Waterloo, and Chad (Heather) Reincke of Decatur, IL. Daughter, Patty (Dan) Ciuraru of Decatur, IL.

Pauline is preceded in death by her parents, and her dog precious.

Funeral Services will be 10:30 AM Wednesday, December 13, 2023, at Locke at 4th St, 1519 W. 4th St., Waterloo.

Burial will be at Memorial Park Cemetery, Waterloo

Visitation will be from 5:00 to 7:00pm Tuesday, December 12, 2023. at Locke at 4th St, 1519 W. 4th St., Waterloo
