Earl A. Love, 69, of Waterloo, died Wednesday, August 9, 2023, at the Univ of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics. He was born December 7, 1953, in Waterloo, IA, son of Ocie L. and Sarah A. (Jordan) Love Sr. Earl graduated from Waterloo East High School in 1972 and later from Hawkeye Community College earning a certificate in welding. He worked at Viking Pump in Cedar Falls for several years until his health started to fail.

He is survived by his children: Patricia Love of Spring, TX; John (Kelli) Holmes of Waterloo; and Jaquis (Tracey) Galloway of Waterloo; ten grandchildren; thirteen great grandchildren; sisters, Ethel M. Love of Waterloo, and Zelda Ray (Ralph) Patterson of South Orange, NJ; and brother, Ocie Love (Annie) Jr. of Ankeny. Earl is preceded in death by his parents, and brother, David Love Sr.

Funeral services will be 10:30am Wednesday, August 16, 2023, at Locke at Tower Park (4140 Kimball Ave)

Burial will be in the Garden of Memories Cemetery, Waterloo.
