Phrone L. Railsback, 87, of Waterloo, passed away at her home on Friday, October 20, 2023, while under the care of Cedar Valley Hospice.

Phrone was born on June 27, 1936, in Boyd, Iowa, to her parents Harry A. and Evelyn (Schwennecker) Worm.

For many years, she worked as a hairdresser, owning her own beauty shop.

No services are being planned at this time and a private inurnment will take place at Elmwood Cemetery in Waterloo.
