Nicole R. "Nikki" Stephenson, 44, of Waterloo, passed away on Saturday, February 17, 2024, at her home under the care of her family and Cedar Valley Hospice.

She was born April 9, 1979, in Boone, daughter of Paul and Pattie Burke Seeman. Nikki attended Cedar Falls High School. She married Zachariah Stephenson on May 13, 2015, in Las Vegas, NV. She worked at Tyson's for two years in the box shop.

Nikki loved spending time with her family and her children. She also loved watching her Green Bay Packers and being outdoors, especially mushroom hunting. Nikki and her family drove around the country quite a bit camping, site sightseeing, and meeting new people.

Nikki is survived by her husband, Zachariah Stephenson of Waterloo; children, Tyler Duitsman, Bethany (Austin) Huffman, Dade Stephenson, Tanndee Shoars, Jayson Duitsman, Zach M. Stephenson, and Allison Stephenson; one grandson, Nathan L. Huffman; her mother and stepfather, Pattie and Jessie Cantu; father, Paul Seeman; and her siblings, Shane Seeman, Devin Seeman, Ashlee Seeman-Frazier, Jessie Cantu Jr., and Jennifer Cantu.

She is preceded in death by her maternal grandparents and paternal grandparents.

Celebration of Life: 11:00 AM ~ 1:00 PM, Saturday, February 24, 2024, at Locke at Tower Park, 4140 Kimball Avenue, Waterloo. Memorials may be directed to the family. Locke at Tower Park, 319-233-3146, is assisting the family.
