Waterloo – Beverly J. Kaiser, 92 of Waterloo died at the UPH Allen Hospital on December 29, 2023. She was born January 28, 1931, on Grandma Nordmeyer’s farm in Clarksville, daughter of Louis and Esther Nordmeyer Dieckmann. She graduated from Waterloo West High School. She married Donald J. Rueckert. He passed away March 1, 1979. Later, she married Warren Roudebush and he passed away April 13, 1998. Then Beverly later married Truman Kaiser on April 20, 2002, at Ascension Lutheran Church.
She worked for several years, retiring from John Deere. Beverly was a former member of Trinity Lutheran Church and a Charter member of the Ascension Lutheran Church. She enjoyed volunteering at church, participating in Bible Studies, helping others and the occasional fishing trip.
She is survived by her husband, Truman of Waterloo; her family, Carol (Charles) Fridal of Hiawatha, Rick (Ann) Kaiser, Lynette (Rick) Foss, Teresa (Steve) Hager of LaPorte City, and Denise (Dr. Jeffrey) Ross of Kahoka, Missouri. Her grandkids, Jennifer (Matt), Jonathan (Brittney), Amanda (Chris), Maryjo, Nickalas (Jessica), Christopher (Melanie), Mark, Scott (Tiffany) Heather (Ryan) and Kimberly. 10 Great grandchildren. Her brother, Dr. Merwin Dieckmann of North Carolina and sister, Mary Ann (Jerry) Obenour of McKinney, TX.
She is preceded in death by her husbands, Donald and Warren, son, Michael J. Rueckert and sister, Janet Nieman.
Funeral Services will be 11:00am Wednesday, January 3, 2024, at the Ascension Lutheran Church, Waterloo. Burial will be in the Garden of Memories Cemetery, Waterloo. Visitation will be an hour before the services at Ascension Lutheran Church.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed Ascension Lutheran Church, or Valley Lutheran High School.
