Fredrine Queen Virginia Booker, 47, was called Home and transitioned from glory to glory, on Saturday August 24, 2024. Fredrine was born in Waterloo, Iowa, on February 15, 1977, to Fred McGee and Lucy Mae Booker. She attended West High School in Waterloo.

Fredrine devoted her life to her family, whom she deeply loved. Fredrine enjoyed traveling, dancing, and spending time with her family, and she thought she was the best ball player ever.

She was preceded in death by her parents; maternal grandparents, Robert, and Lucy Phillip Booker; paternal grandparents, Willie, and Virgina Webb McGee; infant brother, Tommie Earl O’Neal brother, Joseph O’Neal; nephews, Ayon La’Pree Dunson, and Terrence O’Neal, Sr.

Fredrine is survived by her son, Chavon Willingham-Banks; daughter, Ja’Bria Banks, both of Waterloo; sisters, Lucille O’Neal of MN, and Sabrina Malone of Waterloo; sister-in-law, Lucille O’Neal of Carlisle, PA; brothers, Jimmie O’Neal, and Willis O’Neal, both of Waterloo, Karl Hollinsworth of Atlanta, GA, Elder Dr. Kenneth Hollinsworth of Las Vegas, NV; many nieces and nephews to include a special great niece, ShaNica Clark, and a very special love to Maxcine Davis and the whole Davis FAMILY.

Visitation and Funeral: Family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. until the time of the service at 1:00 p.m. at Locke at Tower Park, 4140 Kimball Ave, Waterloo. Burial will follow at Garden of Memories-Waterloo.
