Michael Harvey Faust, 51, of Waterloo, died Sunday, January 6, 2002 at the Allen Memorial Hospital.

He was born September 4, 1950 in Waterloo, Iowa, son of Harold and June (Michaelsen) Faust. He graduated from the Jesup High School in 1968 and attended Ellsworth Community College.

He married Sheila McGlynn on March 12, 1977 in Cedar Falls, Iowa.

He worked at John Deere Mfg. for over 29 years. He was a member of the Jesup First United Methodist Church.

Mike is survived by his wife. Three daughters: Andrea Faust of Iowa City, Sarah and Emily Faust of Waterloo. Two grandchildren: Isaiah and Amya. His mother, June and step-father, Roy Hanson of Jesup. One brother: Steven Faust of Grundy Center. One sister: Camille Kastli of Waterloo. Two step-sisters: Kathy Rachuy and Susan Bowers both of Jesup. One step-brother: Steven Hanson of Jesup.

He is preceded in death by his Dad, Harold Faust and his grandparents.
