Jamison Brennan Buskohl, 17, of Hudson, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, December 6, 2024.
He was born April 12, 2007, the son of Shane Buskohl and Shantel (Ott) Buskohl. Jamison was a senior at Hudson High School where he was a member of the Hudson Pirates wrestling team. He worked alongside his dad at Buskohl & Sons where he worked in plumbing, HVAC, and excavation. He enjoyed working with his dad. He also worked mowing lawns around town with Buskohl Mowing.
He was curious and adventurous, and loved sunsets and sunrises. He loved to make others smile and laugh. He enjoyed his time with friends and being on the wrestling team. He was very passionate about snowboarding and made many trips to Sundown Mountain Resort in Dubuque. He also was able take a "guys trip" to Hoka, MN, where they spent time fishing and doing things teenage boys do.
Jamison had a very caring, unique, and special bond with each of his siblings. He was Best Friends with his sister Ella. The two were inseparable. Charlie and Jamison spent many hours playing Xbox and bonding over wrestling. He was Maddex's guardian and role model. Jamison and Avery connected by being there for each other and having fun with all their friends.
Jamison is survived by his father, Shane Buskohl of Hudson; mother, Shantel (Brent Weisinger) Buskohl of Hudson; four siblings, Ella, Charlie, and Maddex Buskohl, and Avery Weisinger; paternal grandparents, Angie (Randy See) Buskohl of Rowley, and Jerry (Deb) Buskohl of Waterloo; maternal grandfather, Rollie (Deb) Ott of Tripoli; seven aunts, Natalie (Dave Weaver) Buskohl of Des Moines, Jessica (Eric) Brockman of Sterling, IL, Anna (Sean) Patty of Cedar Rapids, Annaliese (Jeremy) Engel of Hudson, Heidi (Will) Scholer of Norwalk, Haleigh (Colin) Pagel of Sumner, and Hannah (Alex) Strottman of Tripoli; an uncle, Brennan Ott of Dunkerton; 26 first cousins; and a large extended family.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Tami Ott; his great-grandparents, Leon Heineman, Gary and Mary Ott, Johnny and Gail Buskohl, and Joanne and William "Bill" Tiernan; and his beloved dog, Molly.

Visitation will be from 1:00-5:00 p.m. Sunday, December 15, 2024, at Locke at Tower Park, 4140 Kimball Ave., Waterloo. Jamison was a very casual, laid-back guy.
